After three weeks of checking in, my order finally showed up. I'm pretty satisfied with the product after using it for a couple of days. However, I believe Infraredi could do better when it comes to keeping customers updated about shipping.

I placed my order a whole 10 days ago, and it still hasn’t shipped! Before I made the purchase, customer service was super helpful and answered all my queries. But now that I’ve ordered, they’re not as quick to respond, and I keep getting excuses about the shipping delay. They keep saying it’ll go out ‘today or tomorrow,’ but nothing ever changes. Once it finally ships, it takes another 7-10 days to get here, which means I might not see my order for 3-4 weeks after I hit that buy button. That’s just way too long to wait! If I were running the show, I’d definitely opt for expedited shipping to avoid making customers wait so long. Or at least offer a decent discount on the item. Honestly, I could’ve snagged an infrared device from a bunch of other sites by now...

Quick shipping of product, nicely wrapped up. Infraredi is there to respond to inquiries, which is crucial. I got it for my daughter, and she thinks it’s really aiding her hurt foot.
